OCHA Briefing on the Humanitarian Situation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo
24 Feb 2021 -  With 19.6 million people in dire need of assistance, the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) continues to witness one of the most complex and long-standing humanitarian crises.

The briefing, to be moderated by Ms. Reena Ghelani, Director, Operations and Advocacy Division of the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) will include remarks by His Excellency, Mr. Steve Mbikayi Mabuluki, Minister of the Humanitarian Action and National Solidarity, Democratic Republic of the Congo; Mr. David McLachlan-Karr, United Nations Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary-General, Resident Coordinator and Humanitarian Coordinator in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Ms. Clémence Caraux Pelletan, Director, INGOs Forum Secretariat in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
