Green Investment, Climate Law and Sustainable Development
A Panel Discussion, hosted by the Permanent Observer of the Sovereign Order of Malta and co-sponsored by the Permanent Mission of the Principality of Monaco on the importance of ethical and legal considerations in the field of sustainable development. Experts will present their area of understanding and answer questions from the audience.
Through convening a discussion of a panel of experts, the Sovereign Order of Malta and the Principality of Monaco are hoping to find sustainable and ethical solutions to the problems the world encounters in the face of climate change. While Dr. Anthony Annett will speak on the ethical side of things, Professor Achinthi Vithanage will focus on the legal aspect of the question, Dr. Klaus Lackner will consider practical solutions to the issue and Mr. Dorian van Raalte will speak on the importance of green investment. The Discussion will be moderated by Mr. Kurt Vogt and will work along a framework taken from Pope Francis' "Laudate Deum".
