6 May 2017 -  eL Seed, laureate of the 14th edition of the UNESCO Sharjah Prize for Arab Culture, uses a mixture of Arabic calligraphy and graffiti to disseminate messages of peace and beauty. Through his creations and use of public space, Mr Seed has succeeded in creating a dialogue with spectators as well as challenging the stereotypes of Arab culture. He spoke to UN News following a panel discussion on the contribution of contemporary Arab Artistic Creations to Intercultural Dialogue on the margins of the 4th World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue in Baku, Azerbaijan 4-6 May 2017.
