Key questions for the panel include: • How to achieve access to remedy for victims of business-related human rights impacts? • How can we ensure that corporate respect for human rights becomes the foundational principle for the private sector’s contribution to the SDGs and for efforts to achieve socially sustainable global supply chains? • How to scale up efforts involving business to better protect and respect human rights defenders that speak up on business-related impacts? • How can the business and human rights movement better position itself in contributing to new coalitions for tackling these challenges and providing a vision for the role of the private sector in delivering sustainable development based on respect for human rights?
