22 May 2015 -  Informal comments to the media by H.E. Mrs Raimonda Murmokaitė, Permanent Representative of Lithuania to the UN and President of the Security Council for the month of May 2015 following the adoption of the resolution 2220 (2015) on Small Arms.

The Security Council adopted resolution 2220 (2015) on the issue of tackling the illicit trade and transfer of small arms and light weapons. The resolution was adopted by a vote of 9 in favour and 6 abstentions (Angola, Chad, China, Nigeria, Russia and Venezuela).
