Venezuela as “Case Study of Corruption, Peace, and Security” - Arria-Formula Meeting of the Security Council called by the United States
10 Sep 2018 -  On the morning of September 10, the United States convened the first-ever meeting of the Security Council on corruption, peace, and security. Building on that discussion, the United States also hosted an informal Arria-formula meeting of the Security Council in the afternoon to focus on one country where it said pervasive corruption has led to instability and a dire humanitarian crisis: Venezuela.
