"The Role of International Law in National Law - Part I"
Lawyers working within their own national legal systems more and more frequently face law made elsewhere, through a great variety of international mechanisms. In this lecture I first give a sense of that law and second discuss some of the ways in which it becomes part of national law and is administered by national institutions.
