"Human Rights Law in the Caribbean"
Commonwealth Caribbean States suggest that they are in the mainstream of international human rights law. Yet, from time to time, they encounter a fair degree of criticism concerning the extent to which they demonstrate respect for human rights in practice. This lecture considers the main issues concerning human rights protection that have arisen in the subregion, and sets out some of the applicable rules of law.
