In Haiti, a theatre project helps prevent and respond to sexual exploitation and abuse
18 Dec 2019 -  As part of efforts to respond to sexual exploitation and abuse by UN personnel, UN Peacekeeping has been strengthening awareness and outreach to personnel and affected communities. Multiple channels exist to anonymously report misconduct, including through community networks or telephone hotlines, and peacekeeping missions are conducting community outreach to inform on what sexual exploitation and abuse is and how to report allegations. Early 2019 in Haiti, communities across the country had their say on this important issue as part of a creative theatre campaign launched by MINUJUSTH, the former peace operation there.
