2)Innovative solutions to address Health Human resource gaps in refugee communities for UHC (send a health fellow to a rural health facility).
Uganda hosts over 1.4 million refugees and health human resource gaps in rural public health facilities in emergency settings increases out of pocket expenditure for health care as refugees resort to private health facilities. A health worker fellowship can address this for UHC.
