Sixth Panel: Circular Economy - World Environment Day 2020
5 Jun 2020 -  The Circular Economy is a new development model in which materials, water and energy are managed efficiently, precisely, Colombia leads the first Policy on the subject in Latin America and is currently the President of the Regional Coalition of Circular Economy in Latin America and the Caribbean. In this panel the following experts will discuss about the importance of starting a transition to a circular economy:
Bruce McMaster, president of the National Association of Entrepreneurs of Colombia (ANDI) will meet to address this issue; Daniel Calleja, Director of Environment of the European Commission; Mari Pantsar, Director of Carbon Neutral Circular Economy - Finnish Innovation Fund; Mathy Stanislaus, Director of the Global Battery Alliance; Jocely Blériot, leader of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation; Dominic Kailash Nath Waughray, Director of the World Economic Forum; and Elisa Tonda, head of the Consumer and Production Unit, UNEP Economics Division.
