9 Apr 2018 -  The President of the General Assembly will participate in a High-Level Event on “Crime Prevention and Sustainable Development through Sports” co-organized by the Permanent Missions of Colombia, Italy, Monaco, Qatar and Rwanda, and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime at 10 a.m. in the ECOSOC Chamber.

High-Level Interactive Panel Discussions co-organized by the Permanent Missions of Colombia, Italy, Monaco, Qatar and Rwanda, and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime.
Session 1: Reduce inequality within and among countries and achieve gender equality and empower women and girls (SDGs 10 and 5)
Session 2: Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, provide access to justice for all and build effective accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels (SDG 16)
