2025 Humanitarian Needs and Response Plan and…

The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) and the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR), in collaboration with the Government of Ukraine and humanitarian partners, will jointly launch the 2025 Humanitarian Needs and Response Plan and the Regional Refugee Response Plan for Ukraine on 16 January from Kyiv. These plans aim to ensure the continuation of critical assistance for people affected by the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine, where some 12.7 million people require aid, and for the more than 6.8 million Ukrainian refugees worldwide.
