As a follow up action to the GA resolution A/RES/78/311 on "Enhance International Cooperation on Capacity-building of Artificial Intelligence"，the Global Digital Compact, as well as the AI Capacity-building Action Plan for Good and for All，the first meeting of the Group of Friends for International Cooperation on AI Capacity-building is co-chaired by China and Zambia with the aims of helping member states make good use of this platform, and work together to implement the visions and actions set out for the AI capacity-building.
