The International Development Association (IDA) is the World Bank's fund for 77 low-income countries.
The focus will be on Africa and advancing sustainable development goals in the region, just months after 19 African heads of state gathered for a historic call to action for a robust 21st replenishment of IDA. This conversation also follows Denmark's early commitment to IDA21, which will have been announced on the sidelines of UNGA.

Convened by the United Nations Deputy Secretary General and hosted by the UN Office for Partnerships, from 20 – 26 September, the SDG Lounge will feature unscripted dialogues, deep dives into vital issues and host interactive experiences—all designed to keep the promise of the SDGs today, tomorrow and for future generations to come.
