This event builds on extensive youth consultations facilitated by Co-Chair partners of the Global Coalition on Youth, Peace and Security and Chiang Mai University (CMU), which engaged more than 100 youth leaders and youth-led organizations from across Myanmar, as well as displaced youth in Cox's Bazar and Chiang Mai. These consultations identified priorities around education, safety and protection, livelihoods, and social inclusion.

The event aims at amplifying youth perspectives from Myanmar, particularly Rohingya and minority voices, and providing youth-informed priorities on education, safety, livelihoods, and pathways toward solutions.
