Lynn's Digital Dialogue

In May 2022, the United Nations Department of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs (UN DPPA) Innovation Cell supported the UN Special Coordinator for Lebanon, Ms. Joanna Wronecka, and the Office of the UN Special Coordinator for Lebanon (UNSCOL) in launching an artificial intelligence-enabled digital dialogue with Lebanese youth. 

Using cutting-edge AI technology, the digital dialogue provided a safe and secure space for Lebanese youth to anonymously share their thoughts, concerns and aspirations ahead of the country's parliamentary elections.

"Lynn's Digital Dialogue" is the story of Lynn Mousa, a young journalist from Beirut who participates in the digital dialogue. In this short documentary, Lynn discusses why youth voices are essential and how technology can create opportunities for citizens to meaningfully engage in political discourse.
