UNDP is launching its first EQUANOMICS Learning Lab towards gender-equal economies. This Learning Lab aims to help the organization reach its ambition towards shifting economic structures that generate and maintain gender inequalities, following its Gender Equality Strategy 2022 – 2025.
Description
The Learning Lab will equip UNDP with the most recent debates and frontier knowledge on gender-equal economies, so UNDP is ready to develop integrated solutions and agile responses to economic shocks that incorporate gender equality. It also aims to facilitate internal cross-thematic and cross-team collaboration as a key value added of the organization.
The Learning Lab targets UNDP Resident Representatives and Deputies, country economists, and staff engaged in economic or socio-economic development. It is open to these UNDP colleagues that are willing to lead a change in their respective country offices.
