The Commission continued consideration of Chapter VII on "Immunity of State officials from foreign criminal jurisdiction" and adopted the remaining part of section B (A/CN.4/L.993), as amended.
- The Commission continued consideration of Chapter V on "Subsidiary means for the determination of rules of international law" and adopted the remaining part of section C., including the remaining part of the commentary to draft conclusion 8 (Weight of decisions of courts and tribunals/Poids des décisions des juridictions) (A/CN.4/L.991 and A/CN.4/L.991/Add.1), as amended.
- The Commission adopted Chapter X on "Sea-level rise in relation to international law" (A/CN.4/L.996), as amended.
