The ceremony will be attended by the President of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly, H.E. Philemon Yang; the Permanent Representative of Japan to the UN, H.E. Ambassador Kazuyuki Yamazaki; and the High Representative for Disarmament Affairs, Under-Secretary-General Izumi Nakamitsu.
