Venezuela) from 17 to 22 November 2022 at the Peace in The Hague, the seat of the Court. Sessions held under the presidency of Judge Joan E. Donoghue, President of the Court.
La Cour internationale de Justice (CIJ), organe judiciaire principal de l'Organisation des Nations Unies, tient, du 17 au 22 novembre 2022, des audiences publiques sur les exceptions préliminaires soulevées par le Venezuela en l'affaire de la Sentence arbitrale du 3 octobre 1899 (Guyana c.
