La Cour internationale de Justice (CIJ), organe judiciaire principal de l'Organisation des Nations Unies, tient, du 17 au 22 novembre 2022, des audiences publiques sur les exceptions préliminaires soulevées par le Venezuela en l'affaire de la Sentence arbitrale du 3 octobre 1899 (Guyana c.
