Women in/for Justice

The International Day of Women Judges event will focus on the experiences of women on both sides of the bench – i.e. the judges and criminal justice officials fighting against organized crime as well as the advocates working for equal access to justice and legal empowerment.

The event will be opened by H.E. Ms. Alma Zadic, Minister of Justice of Austria, and Ms. Ghada Waly, Executive Director of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, and feature an informal discussion with experts from different regions.
