(Part 1) Financing for Development Dialogues:…

The Financing for Sustainable Development Office is organizing the Financing for Development Dialogues, from Evidence to Action as part of the preparatory activities for the 4th International Conference on Financing for Development (FfD4). It is an open invitation to think tanks, universities, research networks and other relevant academic stakeholders to get involved and present to Member States the latest available analysis and a full range of perspectives and policy recommendations from the academic and research communities.

The event will consist of high-level discussions that will facilitate dialogue between researchers and political leaders negotiating the outcome for FfD4, along with more technical panels organized on specific financing policy issues. This academic day will also serve to share initial findings from the report of the International Commission of Experts on Financing for Development.
