The 22nd session of the High-level Committee on South-South Cooperation will be convened 27-30 May 2025 to review progress made in implementing the Buenos Aires Plan of Action for Promoting and Implementing Technical Cooperation among Developing Countries, the New Directions Strategy, the Nairobi outcome document of the High-level United Nations Conference on South-South Cooperation and the Buenos Aires outcome document of the second High-level United Nations Conference on South-South Cooperation (BAPA+40).

1. Opening of the session.

2. Review of progress made in implementing the Buenos Aires Plan of Action for Promoting and Implementing Technical Cooperation among Developing Countries, the new directions strategy for South-South cooperation, the Nairobi outcome document of the High-level United Nations Conference on South-South Cooperation and the Buenos Aires outcome document of the second High-level United Nations Conference on South-South Cooperation.

3. Consideration of the report of the Secretary-General on progress made in the implementation of decision 21/1 of the High-level Committee.

4. Consideration of the report of the Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme to the twenty-second session of the High-level Committee.

5. Thematic discussion on accelerating the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development: South-South cooperation as a driver for transformation.

6. Adoption of the report of the Working Group.

7. Approval of the provisional agenda of the twenty-third session of the Highlevel Committee.

8. Other matters.

9. Adoption of the report of the High-level Committee on its twenty-second
session.
