United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres welcomes the welcome the Advisory Opinion of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on climate change, which the Court called an existential problem of planetary proportions. The Secretary-General said the ICJ action is a victory for the planet, for climate justice, and for the power of young people to make a difference.
