With five years left to achieve the 2030 SDGs, inclusive partnerships and Global Citizenship Education (GCED) are key to tackling global challenges. The 2025 UN ECOSOC Forum and UNESCO stress GCED's role in fostering peace, sustainability, and cultural understanding through education. This event brings together youth, educators, civil society, government, and global leaders to explore digitally facilitated intercultural learning as a tool for social cohesion and environmental action. Students from China, India, Korea, Mexico, Myanmar and the United States will address key challenges related to various SDGs, sharing their projects on actionable solutions will demonstrate the impact of cross-sector partnerships (SDG 17) and intercultural collaboration facilitated by digital learning platforms.
