The main objectives of this joint briefing are:

  • To inform stakeholders of the outcomes of COP28 related to food and agriculture sectors;
  • To raise awareness of the technical support available including roadmaps, guidelines, tools and other resources that can support Members with developing clear pathways to achieve SDG 2 within a 1.5 scenario; and
  • To promote dialogue on agrifood systems and their critical role in providing solutions for climate change.
