La Cour internationale de Justice (CIJ), organe judiciaire principal de l'Organisation des Nations Unies, rend, le jeudi 1er décembre 2022, son arrêt en l'affaire relative au Différend concernant le statut et l'utilisation des eaux du Silala (Chili c.
