Following the COVID-19 pandemic, many areas of the world experience massive societal impacts from poor mental health. Additionally, geopolitical conflicts cause severe depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder among and beyond individuals directly involved in the immediate areas of engagement. The fact that access to mental health information, resources, and treatment are often limited worsens the situation for those in dire need of assistance.
