- Plenary Session: Reporting on the breakout sessions on regional concerns and priorities and the role and development needs for youth, including reports/key messages from other youth and related forums that addressed these issues, followed by interactive discussions. - Interactive Roundtable on "Means of Implementation & Financing Youth Development", featuring Ministers, other High-Level speakers, and youth organization representatives. Promoting development policies in support of and driven by youth requires funding. This roundtable will address the financial and other means that are needed to implement the 2030 Agenda with a view to allow young people to achieve their full potential and contribute to youth development and reach the goals and targets contained therein. Introductory remarks: Ms. Jayathma Wickramanayake, United Nations Secretary-General's Envoy on Youth reflecting on the outcomes of the Thematic and Regional Break Out sessions and providing kick off remarks on Means of Implementation.
