The panel will discuss how to make the essential aims of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights respected/upheld in the face of security and safety, and provide direction to XXI century perspectives in this field. How human rights education can be relevant to the paradigm of this global concern: protect the rights of the community while simultaneously using a human rights approach.
