Summary
This Side Event provides an opportunity to generate a space for dialogue and feedback that allows for the exchange of experiences, best practices and challenges related to the role of the State in the indigenous land issue. Additionally, it seeks to promote acknowledgement of dialogue, peace and understanding mechanisms for intercultural and legal conflicts in relation to indigenous lands, presenting, among others, the experience and work of the Chilean Presidential Commission for Peace and Understanding.
